I ordered two sets of tool boxes. They were delivered the next day. I like this approach to the client. Unfortunately, the wheel from one platform arrived broken. The reason was bad packaging. Tool boxes are simply packed in cardboard, without any protection (foam, styrofoam, etc.). Suppliers, in my case DPD, pack parcel after parcel until the parcel is full. If, with the permissible platform weight of 100kg, other smaller but heavy parcels are placed on top of my parcel, damage cannot be avoided. I filed a complaint and two days later I received a new platform. Very professional approach to the client. Work on your packing method, because that's what causes negative ratings here. Apart from the packaging problem, your website is definitely worth recommending.

When it comes to the purchase, contact with the customer, and shipping, it's fine, even though I waited several weeks to place the order because there were problems with the availability of inch tools. We'll see how it goes with a possible warranty.

I recommend. The shipment came 20 hours after placing the order. The product I ordered was much cheaper than in a well-known chain store.

Unfortunately, the packaging of the product is a disaster. It arrived damaged because the goods were not wrapped and placed in a box. The product had delicate legs and box hooks that were damaged. Additionally, the company is trying to force me to be a party to the complaint with the courier company. There are obvious signs of poor packaging of the product and not the parcel being thrown by the courier company. The parcel did not have any external damage. Someone obviously messed up the packaging in the warehouse and the company is trying to blame the customer for these problems. Complaint and after-sales service is a real pain in this company.
